Selected rump and round steak is cubed and tenderised before being threaded onto bamboo skewers and marinaded for 24 hours. drenched in a deep red/brown marinade with visible sesame seeds. The japanese horseradish (wasabi), soy sauce,fennel and aniseed provide a delicious and surprising taste.
