FREE service

Collect your order from any Broughs Butchers shop on a day of your choosing. If you have a preferred collection time please advise in "comments" when you check out your order.


National Delivery Scheme

This service provides for orders that require delivery outside our local delivery area. The delivery charge is £10 - Minimum Order value £40.

Your order will be packaged in insulated boxes and "Chill–Gel" pouches will be deployed to maintain temperature within the box. The products in the box will be packaged at a temperature of 00C and the "Chill–Gel" will ensure that the product does not move through +4C in a 48 hour period. Christmas Deliveries must be ordered 4 days before dispatch.


COURIER DELIVERIES

CUSTOMERS MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THEIR GOODS TO BE RECIEVED WHEN DELIVERED

Unsuccsessful deliveries will be returned to the courier's most local depot - for collection by the customer.

Where a customer cannot be present to accept a delivery, alternative arrangements can be specified in the 'Customer Comments' box, on the checkout page. Please note that this facility is not contractual - but an offer to assist customers who cannot be present to recieve the goods they have ordered.

BROUGHS BUTCHERS ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR GOODS THAT ARE DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER SPECIFIED ADDRESS - BUT THE DELIVERY FAILS

Claims against our Courier for failing to deliver as per the agreed schedule - will be considered.
