Versatile Lamb Dice
Diced Lamb can be taken from the shoulder or the leg, it is lean and tender. It can be used as the base for a delicious casserole (scouse) or threaded onto skewers to make super kebabs.
Lamb is produced on farms quite naturally it does not lend itself to intensive production.
Fresh air, clean water and lush pasture make happy lambs and good meat.
