Game is by its nature lean and nutritious - the meat is almost always free range produce, but where it is farmed it has access to the open air.Our Goat meat is produced here in the North west by one of our regular suppliers on his farm.
Game does not thrive in intensive farming regimes and for that reason the birds and animals are assured a good quality of life - and the consumer can enjoy the meat as nature intended.
