Pork & Gammon Kebab with Salt & Pepper - 4 per pack (552g)


Layers of pork, gammon and peppers are placed into a 'basket', then bamboo skewers are threaded through the meats and after cooling - the meats are cut into kebabs. A popular Salt & Pepper marinade is then brushed onto the finished kebab. Brushed in a spicy salt & pepper oil based marinade. The result is appetizingly delicious.The marinade is light and goes with summer, spicy but not hot, sketches of garlic, onion and bell pepper.
