Summer Barbeque Lamb
Selected cuts of lean British lamb, hand diced and threaded onto bamboo skewers. The kebab is then coated in a sweet orange dressing that contains mint, paprika and rosemary.
The lamb is selected from leg or shoulder cuts, trimmed,diced and threaded onto a bamboo skewer.
