Finger lick'n King Ribs
These ribs should not be confused with 'skinny ribs', King Ribs are cut from the belly - that means that have lots of meat on them. The ribs are derinded and marinaded in a Chinese style sauce.
The sweet and savoury glaze, draws moisture from the meat and glistens with appeal, aniseed ,carmine, cinnamon and ginger assist.
We advise that king ribs should be slow roasted for 40-60 mins on 150 C or Gas mark 2-3. in an oven before serving or 'flashing off' under the grill or on the BBQ
