A great Burger made with British Lamb
We only use British lamb in these burgers, the meat is selected, trimmed and minced.
The Rosemary and mint is added after the second grind and then the burgers are formed by hand.

It is simple stuff and traditional, there will always be cheaper burgers - but not better!
Grill, Bake, Barbeque
Lamb carries more fat then pork or beef in its muscle, so care must be taken when cooking lamb on an open flame, too much at one time can cause the barbeque to flare.
