Chicken in French Garden marinade
A fresh British chicken breast is brushed with this deliciously light marinade, adding the fresh taste of garden herbs with a slight garlic accent. The rich garlic butter base flavour is suspended in a transparent oil with parsley particles.
To cook, oven bake for 30 minutes on 150 C or gas mark 2.
For a light dinner serve on a bed of fresh salad.
