Award Winning Bacon!
Traditionally dry cured English bacon - holds its flavour does not shrink like commercial bacon, it is not stretched, pumped or adulterated in any way. The product is fresh pork, with a light cure, there is NO WHITE STUFF in the pan after cooking!
To cook simply grill on a low/medium heat turning every few minutes until you get it as lean or as crispy as you like.
Packed in Vacuum - can be stored unopened for two weeks at not more than +5c
