Chicken Crown MIN WEIGHT 500 grams
A whole boneless double breast of chicken is stuffed with a Birkdale Royal sausage that contains many herbs and is a full flavoured product.
The crown is brushed with French Garden marinade is then dressed with rosemary, it is easy carve and plenty for two adults.
To cook simply oven roast for 60 minutes on 180 C. This is a guideline only - it is important that as with any stuffed product- the meat is cooked thoroughly. The use of a meat thermometer is recommended. 80C for 10 seconds at the core is good.
