Description
                    The rib is trimmed, vertebra, chine and back strap (gristle/tendon) is removed, the 'rib fingers' remain. The joint has at least four ribs, the weight is variable.
Where possible we will try to provide a rib as close as possible to the guide weight and will advise if the variance is significant.
