Goulash casserole with British beef - just add fresh veg

Diced beef in a traditional goulash sauce, the sauce is red in colour and relies upon paprika, onion and tomato for its base.

The sauce is rich and when the juices of the meat are released the aroma fills the kitchen, just the meal to have ready when you get home

Cooking Advice

To cook and to ensure the flavours are locked in and the meat remains as tender as possible, Broughs Butchers recommends that you slow cook your casserole.

Do not use high or harsh heat as it can cause the sauce to separate and spoil the appearance.
