A British fillet steak in puff pastry

A 200 gram fillet steak placed on a mat of pastry, smothered in a 'Patchwork pate`' - (Brandy & Herb is most popular) then capped with a large wild mushroom, topped with puff pastry and brushed with a garlic glaze - Viola! an individual Beef Wellington is ready to cook.

Cooking Advice

This Beef Wellington serves 1 and is supplied in an oven-able/microwaveable tray for easy cooking

To cook simply oven bake for 30-35 minutes on 170 C or gas mark 4. Why not compliment you beef wellington with the traditional mix of vegetables and new potatoes. Alternatively treat yourself by adding freshly made chunky chips to your meal.
