We think that the Caramelized Onion sausage is one of the best we have produced, they are sweet, but have real character, the onion is presented with a rich sauce and when that is added to the other ingredients the taste is special. Good at any time of the year not just on the barbecue.
Cooking Advice
To cook simply grill on a low/medium heat turning every few minutes until golden brown on all sides.
