Description
The Birkdale Royal is a full flavoured herb sausage, one of the tastiest sausages that we make. Here it is offered as a chipolata. While the 'Meltdown' is 'the hot one' the Birkdale Royal is it's equal in terms of full on flavour. A little chilli spices things up to start and is complimented with paprika, parsley, thyme, rosemary and chives.
