Free range from our farm visited selection; these lamb steaks are lean in nature. There is plenty of unique flavour to Broughs lamb steaks as they are sourced from the salt marsh area of the North West.
Salt marsh lamb is reared on a free range farm, whereby the lamb is allowed to grow to its full potential, in turn giving these lamb steaks an unrivalled quality.
Lamb steaks are best cooked on the grill, until cooked throughout.
