Who do I contact if a cut or weight of meat isn't on the website which I would like?

Brough Butchers prides itself on not only the quality of meat which it provides to its customers, but the high standard of customer service which all the shops deliver on a regular basis.
Brough Butchers only buy quality meat from Britain (mainly from Scotland). The meat is reared in Britain, farmed in Britain and most importantly never leaves the country from the time it is reared, to the time it arrives at the customer's doorstep. This quality control allows Brough Butchers to maintain the highest standard of meat on the market today.

What if a product has no price but price on request instead?
Sometimes certain meat products such as lamb, duck etc, fluctuate in price constantly. We at Brough Butchers feel that we always want you to get the best possible price for your meat. So in turn would prefer you to contact us over certain products that are available over the internet.
It is very simple; just drop Ben an e-mail at orders@broughs.com with your request. Ben will be more than happy to meet your needs, plus he can advise you on the product that you would like to purchase.
