English Dry Cured back bacon, delicious whenever it is offered and almost impossible to refuse on bread! Always a great standby and easy to prepare.

A Free Range Pork back is selected and then cured with a special preperation of brine, the meat only ever absorbes as much liquor as is natural, this is not a pumped product and there is no phosphate (preservative) added.
There should only be the a minimum amount of residual cure from the product after cooking - not lots of white stuff!
