A fantastic alternative to your regular cuts of meat. Venison is brought in fresh by Brough Buthchers and is a great source of protien to the body, which is unknown to most. We have some fantastic game farmers up in the North West so why not try venison today and liven up your dinner menu.
Venison is game meat but can be treated like any other fresh meat whether its chicken, lamb etc. Therefore cooking times work on a similar basis. To cook venison simply use the method of 20minutes per lb of meat.
