The most Succulent beef around and certainly the finest in the country. Great for the Sunday roast, 'Black Gold's' topside beef is so tender it will compliment your choice of dinner to perfection.
This 3Kg joint serves 8-10 people.
To Cook simply roast for 20 mins per lb for a rare finish, 30 mins per lb for a medium cooked piece of topside or 45mins per lb for a well done piece of meat. Serve with new/roast or mashed potato along with Yorkshire pudding, vegetables and gravy.
