Ribs can be a little awkard to cook, however we like to use the guildline of 20mins per lb of meat. It is important however when cooking your rib joint that its checked at regular intervals, in order to avoid over cooking and drying out the meat.
This 1Kg Rib on the Bone serves upto 3people.
Can be used as part of a starter if cut thinly and laid on a bed of salad, or alternatively it can form the main course.
