Red Current Lamb

Cushions of free range lamb, are glazed in garlic butter and covered with a red current and rosemary sauce that is created at Brough Butchers. The berries combined with the rosemary create a sweet, enriching marinade.
A superb alternative to your usual lamb cut, that will add taste and depth to any meal.
This red current lamb serves up to 2 people.
To cook simply oven bake for 45 minutes on 170 C or gas mark 4.
Why not place your lamb cushions over rice of your choice to compliment the depth of flavours your red current lamb has created.
