To cook ribs we find at Broughs Butchers that the most consistent way to guarantee not to over or undercook the ribs is to use a slow cooking method. Yes it takes longer than to grill directly, but you will be amazed at the results. Once slow cooked the meat will slide of the bone and the ‘wow’ factor will be created for your guests.
Slow roast for 90 mins on 150 C or Gas mark 2-3. If however you decide to BBQ roast your Chinese ribs then BBQ roast for 40mins.
