A fantastically filling free range beef wellington that must be tried. Enclosed in the pastry house you will find succulent fillet steak, mushrooms and a smooth pate, tender to the core.
Filled with fillet steak (from Mathers' free range beef selection), mushrooms and a smooth to the pallet pate; this beef wellington is covered with freshly made pastry which is glazed with a garlic butter, to add to the already superb array of flavours coming out of the wellington.

To cook simply oven bake for 30-35 minutes on 170 C or gas mark 4. Why not compliment you beef wellington with the traditional mix of vegetables and new potatoes. Alternatively treat yourself by adding freshly made chunky chips to your meal.
