A Broughs customer favourite, this lamb Aphrodite is a must. A fantastic cut of lamb scored and tied, cured in Greek oil. Like Aphrodite herself (the Greek god of love) this Broughs creation will bring a smile to everyone's face. Plenty of Greek flavour as the lamb soaks up the oil to perfection.

To cook simply oven roast for 60 mins on 190 C or gas mark 5. Why not try this lamb Aphrodite with rice and chopped peppers. This creates a perfect combination, which is full of colour and has a great taste.
