Tripe
SERVES 6-8.
Unknown to most tripe is a great source of protein, especially if you suffer from digestive problems as it is soft on the stomach. Tripe has a great flavour, one that when produced by Broughs Butchers will change your opinion completely.
Serves between 6-8 people.
To cook and bring out its great flavours, cook slowly with milk, pepper and honey.
