Reared in Hesketh Bank this ‘Salt Marsh’ lamb from Blacklidge Bros is free range lamb that is the tastiest around. Exciting to the pallet with its distinct flavour, this cut of lamb will leave no question in your mind that the only way forward is Broughs lamb.
This 2 kg leg of lamb serves between 6-8 people.
To cook simply place in oven for 25 mins per lb plus a further 25 mins on 190 C or gas mark 5. This will allow for the meat to be cooked throughout, while ensuring the leg of lamb remains as tender as possible.
