Free range from our local farms, ensuring the geese arrive fresh to our butchers shops. A great compliment to the Christmas turkey. Why not add variety to your table, with a great tasting bird.
To cook simply go by the rule of 15mins per kilo. To avoid overcooking check the goose 30mins before end and every 15mins thereafter.
