To cook simply grill on a medium heat turning every two minutes until the steak is cooked to your liking. The size of the steak will determine how long you will need to grill your steak for, whether you like your steak rare, medium or well done. The size of the steak is the most important thing to consider. Why not try adding a peppercorn or Diane sauce to your steak to add extra flavours and serve with new potatoes and vegetables.
