A free range Greek treat of lamb shoulder marinated in a basil, oregano, Greek style oil. A fantastic Broughs creation bringing together some exotic flavours from abroad. You will feel like your on holiday with the aromas this product gives off.
This 500 g Lamb Kleftico serves up to 2 people.
To cook simply roast in the oven for 2 ½ to 3 hours on 140 C or gas mark 3. Why not accompany your shoulder of lamb with Broughs Butchers own garlic new potatoes and mixed vegetables.
