Our Brough Butchers very own creation using Goosnargh duck is marinaded in an absourbing Chinese 5 spice & hosin sauce.

Goosnargh duck is so special because it isn't farmed using traditional game farming methods. This duck is reared in a free range environment, were the ducks can be cared for and reared, to produce this high standard of meat.

To cook simply oven roast for 60 mins on 180 C or Gas mark 7
